Reliance IPTV launch by end of 2008

Reliance Communications Ltd has done it yet again, this time around they have announced that their IPTV will be launched only by end of 2008. Earlier we had reported that Reliance had no consumer broadband plans in the near future.

Reliance was weighing the option of going for DTH - Reliance BlueMagic which seems to be on hold too.
