Reliance Broadband and its customer service Sucks!!!

Guys,
If you are planning to BUY, Reliance Broadband, please think twice. Their speed sux and is nowhere near the promised capacity. I have called customer care and it is simple terrible. Please don't go for reliance broadband until they really give broadband by cable and not by their fuc*ed up data card which is a pain the butt to setup.

ok now regarding their customer care. uffffff!!!! seriously i pity anil ambani. he and tina ambani must once call from their home to their own customer care and see how good it is. It is in such a patehtic situation, i would even rate government owned bsnl customer service far better than reliance. first the quality of voice is not clear and then their voice response system navigation is simply awful. then you have to wait for 30-45 minutes to learn that the representative doesn't have too much product information and she will just give you a complaint number. the whole exercise will take 2 hours and your grieveance is not solved.. i can't tell you how frustrated i was and i simply decided to cancel their service. Never ever deal with reliance broadband.

maybe its time anil ambani bribes and recruits some people from bharti-airtel customer service which is rated as the best in india.

PLEASE DON'T BUY RELIANCE BROADBAND.
