Various Reliance Broadband Plans for Consumers

I logged on to reliance broadband recently. My experience so far so good.

You get to choose from the following consumer plans.
1. Online Speed Select Plans
2. Night Unlimited Plan
3. Data Transfer Plan
4. Flat Fee Plan

1. Online Speed Test Plan
Download speed up to  100 kbps  300 kbps  600 kbps 1,000 kbps 
Day use charge (Rs/hour)  15         30          45             70
Night use charge —          10         15          22.50         35 
10 pm to 8 am (Rs/hour) 

This plan is mainly suited for light users. People who work all day and want to just check their e-mails at night. Billed on per minute basis.

2. Night Unlimited Plan
Unlimited usage during night hours (10 pm to 8 am).

Tarifs for day usage in this plan are as follows.
Download speed up to     100 kbps    300 kbps 
Monthly plan charges (Rs) 300            650 
Day use charges               15             30
from 8 am to 10 pm (Rs/hour)

This plan is suited for those brats who love to download games and music all night.

3. Data Transfer Plan

Very simple. Pay as you go. The more you are online, the more you have to pay.
Download speed upto Monthly plan charges (Rs.) Bundled usage
600 Kbps                        300                           350 MBs
600 Kbps                        400                           500 MBs
1000 Kbps                      600                             1 GB

If you exceed the download limit in any of the plans you had opted for, then Rs1.25 for every additional MB of data downloaded will be charged.

4. Flat Fee Plan

Unlimited Day and Night Usage for a FLAT FEE!!!! Yes subscribe to this plan.

This plan is awesome but speed will vary depending on day or night.

Also note their is a 500 rupees installation fees on all the plans + all other "chidambram" taxes

i need to know one thing , in the reliance unlimited plan for pripaid if i dont use the connection for two days whole then will i also have to pay for those days ?

No you don't pay for those days, but your pre-paid account has validity of say like 30 days or 90 days and it will expire after that. In case of tata indicomm broadband pre-paid plans, say I BUY 256KBPS 90 days plan and after 30 days I am going to Delhi for the next 60 days, I can tell them and go and once i am back i can use the remaining 60 days. Not sure for single day or week.

BRILLIANT PLANS BUT WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT....Do you guys have to say anything on this.....dont even care what a customer is going thru....
