Here is a List of Top 15 mobile Sites Globally includes Apps + Browser access,

Google leads the pack. You only count the users access to Appstore while downloading some App say Citibank App. Later user interaction using the banking App will be counted for Citibank metric and not Google. Similarly for iPhone Apps etc.
