In 2001, late Pramod Mahajan was Mukesh Ambani's man for helping him get Reliance Infocomm off the ground. Meeting of Sibal, Patel and Ambani coincides with BSNL CMD wanting to divest the BSNL Tower / Infrastructure Arm, and the beneficiary is likely to be Mr. Mukesh Ambani as Reliance ADAG Chairman and others have declined to share Passive Infrastructure with RIL Infotel.

Also, you should notice that either of the father / son of Deora will be holding the key Portfolio wherever Mukesh Ambani's project is being executed. Murali was holding Oil Ministry when KG Basin was taking off and now Milind is holding Telecom & IT :-).
