    BSNL announces new post-paid tariffs

    Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd - BSNL is launching a new scheme for its post-paid cellular subscribers with a monthly fixed charge of Rs 725.

    1. Scheme to be launched from Auguest-1st.

    2.What you get for Rs750 ?
    The plan offers the subscribers a pulse rate of 60 seconds and a charge of 40 paise for local calls.

    3.International call charges.
    The international call charges per minute with 60-second pulse will be Rs 6 for the US/Canada and the UK, Rs 8 for Europe, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong, and Rs 10 for the rest of the world.

    Also in another press release, BSNL is now powering Excel users with Excel Power. What's the Advantage anyway ? Under this EXCEL POWER plan BSNL prepaid cellular subscribers can call any two BSNL phones (One land line number is mandatory) within circle/LSA at reduced rate of Rs.0.10 per minute with 60second pulse rate.
