Airtel believes that tariff hikes are very much sustainable and with the exception of a couple of circles, they have extended tariff hikes across all markets in India.
The impact of tariff hike will be visible by means of Data and Analytics only in the next 6 months. Airtel suggested that the impact on minute’s growth and incremental RMS will be important in determining any change in strategy.
