    National Telecom Policy - 2011

    The Highly Corrupt Congress Government displays its Weak Governance in every step. The Hi-profile Talkative Minister of Communications Mr. Sibal has such a Pathetic and Losers in his Website Team that they can't even Upload the Correct version of the National Telecom policy Draft on the website.
