Reliance broadband connection keeps getting disconnected

Hi,
My Reliance Broadband connection keeps getting disconnected within 30 mins time. I'm extremely irritated and frustrated with this state of affairs.

Why is this happening? What can be done to prevent it? Any help I recieve would be really appreciated.

Is it after 30 minutes of inactivity ? By inactivity I mean inactivity inside the browser window.

I know Reliance Broadband purposely does such kind of gimmicks such that users don't use bandwidth at night by putting to download something.

Hi Neha,
I am also facing the same issue as urz.....it disconnects frequently(2-3 time in half an hour). The problem is with the Port under which ur broadband is connected....
And the reliance engineers r so dull that they r not able to find the problem...

Guys.. atleast its 30mins for you.. for me its 10 mins or less gap and it goes d/c for say 5secs and again i get back the connection.. does anyone here kno a way to fix this ?
