Even though Sify broadband ****s really bad, it is the third largest ISP behind BSN and MTNL. Sify had a subscriber base of 8,05,940 at the end of 2006. This is the only ISP which is losing subscribers QoQ and thus makes my statement evident that it is the worst ISP.
