With limited spectrum on CDMA none of these CDMA players can offer true unlimited, considering they have a huge voice customer base.
BSNL is offering true unlimited on EVDO because there is few voice customers. but at the same time BSNL's evdo coverage is poor compared to these private telcos.
and Reliance does not have revB network.
Reliance was in the context of Dropping the Speed to 150 Kbps..
