China Mobile's Chairman Wang Jianzhou highlighted four recommendations for the development of China’s wireless network,

1. accelerate the development of broadband strategy and network convergence, expand the construction of wireless broadband networks such as 3G, TD-LTE and WLAN and, in the meantime, reallocate frequency resources efficiently for wireless broadband (eg, 3G/LTE) via overall planning
2. plan the efficient construction of large data centres for cloud computing
3. encourage manufacturers to shift focus from being pure OEMs to innovating in their own right
4. develop the Internet of Things [Map Virtual Things on the Internet to Real Identities]
