The Panel of DoT examining the recommendations of TRAI on Spectrum Refarming in 900MHz and 800MHz is not in favor for the time being and has passed on the file to Telecom Commission which will give its Final Opinion on the matter and then the Ministers will take the final call.

So Spectrum Re-Farming is likely to be kept under the wraps for now.
