Reliance has forcibly put the famous Mungaru Malle caller Tune to all Reliance India Mobile customers in Karnataka. They charged Rs 15 for the same. When I called customer care and told that I have not made any request, she told I will be billed only after 2 weeks but SMs said i am already charged.

Reliance is running this scam in such a way that many customers will forget to cancel and thus they will be billed Rs 30 / month.
