MotoYuva W180 – Localizd Phone for Youth

Motorola India is all set to launch an entry level handset – MotoYuva W180.

Motorola Indian team is probably drawing inspiration from the olden days. This handset is so fully localized that it provides information about festivals, Nakshatras, Amvasa, sunrise- sunset times, tithi, etc. The phone is also packaged with 30,000 hindi language words.

At a time when the Indian youth is so influenced by the western culture, are their any takers for this phone ? Or will the government step in and introduce subsidy on such handsets
