Bharti Infratel Ventures is a 86.1% subsidiary of Bharti Airtel Ltd. Bharti Infratel is planning for installation of 4,813 new towers along with upgrading and replacement of existing towers. It also plans to undertake green initiatives on tower sites.

- focus on increasing revenue and capital productivity across existing tower portfolios

For FY ended March-2012, Bharti Infratel reported Revenues of Rs 9452 Cr and a PAT of Rs 525 Cr.
