Google invests in Seedfund ?

Google has invested an undisclosed sum in Seedfund promoted by Mahesh Murthy and other VCs of the valley – Rekhi, K B Chandrasheka and B V Jagdeesh.
Seedfund was incorporated just last December to fund innovative startup ideas in India. The right amount to fund an Indian startup is not tens of Millions of dollars but mere $500,000 and seedfund with $10 million is probably India’s smallest VC fund. However, with the entry of Google, the equations may change drastically. So where will Microsoft and Yahoo invest next ?
