Google Includes Classifieds In Search Results

Google has started including Local Classifieds in its search results. For example, a search on Bangalore Real Estate Yielded the following results. 
It is a Mashup of Data from Google Maps and Classifieds site. I am seeing this for the first time on Google.co.in. Since these sites have been heavily optimized for Search Engine Ranking, it is difficult to see reviews of the Residential Real Estate market in Indian metros. Guess, Google Blog Search is the appropriate tool for the same.
